Job Opportunity in Aged Care

About this role:

  • We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to work in aged care settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality comprehensive care to residents in accordance with their individualized assessed care needs.
  • Reporting all incidents and changes in resident behavior to registered nurses in a timely manner.
  • Completing all activities related to residents' care documentation plans and ensuring high compliance with relevant documentation processes.
  • Participating in activities aimed at the continuous improvement of services.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care/Disability is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 3 months' work experience as PCA/AIN within residential aged care, home care is required.
  • Flexibility and reliability to work required shifts are essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff is necessary.
  • Strong passion for working with the elderly is crucial.
  • Evidence of COVID vaccinations and Working with Vulnerable People Card are mandatory.
