We have a fantastic Fixed Term (10 Months) opportunity for a Category Manager to join the team. You will coordinate, align and execute an annual plan to drive mutual growth with the Impulse and Licensed channels, focusing on range, space, and activation strategies.

**The Opportunity**
- Collaborate with the Category Development Manager to drive category growth for PepsiCo within the Impulse and Licensed channels, including aligning with customer strategies and advocating for necessary changes.
- Lead and execute the Impulse Category Review Campaign, overseeing insights sessions, activation workshops, and all aspects of the range review process.
- Manage relationships with key Impulse stakeholders (e.g., BP, Ampol, 7-Eleven), and provide support for non-managed accounts and Licensed banners.
- Ensure the non-managed Impulse team successfully delivers commercial plans and category growth by embedding best practices and enhancing team capabilities.
- Analyze performance trends and provide insights to support PepsiCo’s Business Plan, including joint business plans and customer meetings.
- Assist the Cereal Brand Manager with insights and volume planning for the Cereal NPD portfolio, including attending brand WIPs and building category sell decks.
- Support the Traditional Trade Category Executive in executing category reviews and providing accessible insights and tools for the team.

***About You**
- Minimum 6-8 years of FMCG experience required.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Business or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Scan and Panel Software.
- Experience in developing and executing strategies.
- Proven ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
- Customer-facing experience in a category or commercial role.
- Knowledge of range and merchandising tools, such as Efficient Assortment and Space Planning Analytics.
- Desirable experience includes commercial account management with P&L responsibility, structured Category Management experience, people leadership, and international FMCG experience.
