We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The role of the Customer Support Specialist is to provide responsive support to our clients, working to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This includes managing and resolving queries from clients, maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates.

This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. You will also need to be highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles, including continuous evaluation
  • Great phone manner and interpersonal skills, with a customer focus
  • Experience in conflict resolution and building rapport
  • Strong computer literacy and intermediate ability in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Advanced comprehension and written communication skills
