Job Title: Commercial Contract Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our contracting function, you will play a critical role in supporting our campaigns and new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Negotiate and deliver contracts that meet the company's policies, procedures, and requirements
- Provide guidance and advice to stakeholders to ensure contractual and legal requirements are understood and communicated effectively
- Oversee contract management to maximize opportunities and minimize risks
- Develop strategies and solutions to deliver complex contractual opportunities
- Serve as the primary interface between the company and external customers for all contractual matters

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years' experience in leading contract negotiations and complex contracting activities
- Strong understanding of negotiation concepts, practices, and principles
- Ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate at all levels with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience with Australian Standard Defence Contracting (ASDEFCON) suit of templates is highly desirable
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (e.g. Law, Accounting or Business Management). Formal qualification in Law is highly desirable
