About the Role

To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency in overseeing clinical projects of considerable scale and complexity across various service lines, utilizing effective project management principles.

Medication Safety Expertise is crucial for swiftly acquiring pertinent information to address urgent operational needs.

You should exhibit advanced problem-solving abilities, adeptness in managing issues, and the capability to analyse and synthesize information from diverse channels.

Your proficiency should extend to leveraging highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster productive relationships with stakeholders.

This includes the ability to engage in consultation, negotiation, and conflict resolution, as well as the preparation of project documentation and departmental correspondence.
