This role involves overseeing the daily running of the facility, delivering an outstanding experience for players and visitors, supervising and supporting on-shift staff, and managing bookings and payments accurately.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sports, leisure, or hospitality industries

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

First Aid certification

Experience in football or sports facility operations
