Business Transformation Specialist

As a Business Transformation Specialist, you'll be a core part of the technology and transformation team. You'll shape future-state business processes, support key system integrations, and drive stakeholder engagement to ensure business requirements are captured and championed.

  • Facilitate workshops to map current and future-state processes
  • Create business and technical requirements documentation
  • Interpret contractual obligations and align them with project outcomes
  • Support user acceptance testing, change management, and training
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Finance, and Operations

You'll help uplift business analysis maturity by advocating for best practice frameworks and knowledge sharing within the broader team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business process models and improvement strategies
  • Conduct data analysis for migration/integration projects
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements
  • Drive change management and training initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in business process modelling and improvement
  • Strong understanding of asset management systems and finance integration
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in data modelling and analysis
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
