Lead Enterprise Process Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned Business Process Professional to spearhead strategic process initiatives that yield tangible results.

This role presents the opportunity to conceptualise, refine and govern processes that unlock productivity gains, reduce costs and drive long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and document current and future-state processes using BPMN 2.0 and BizzDesign methodologies.
  • Lead process discovery workshops and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and innovation within the organisation.
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide process governance frameworks that align with business objectives.
  • Manage a centralised process repository that supports strategic goals.
  • Contribute to the organisation's process architecture and ensure transparency.
  • Advocate for BPM disciplines and standardised approaches across the enterprise.
  • Mentor process analysts and governance specialists to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Develop training materials, SOPs and documentation to support knowledge sharing.
  • Chair a Process Governance Council to drive alignment and cohesion.
  • Provide advisory services to senior leadership on process risks and performance metrics.
About You
  • Possess extensive experience in business process analysis, governance and architecture.
  • Have a proven track record of leading successful enterprise-wide transformation programs.
  • Be well-versed in BPMN 2.0, BizzDesign, SAP Signavio, SQL and Apromore tools and technologies.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Hold certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), BPM (CBPP, ABPMP) or TOGAF.
  • Experience with change management methodologies such as Prosci is an asset.
