Trade Platform Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a Trade Platform Executive to oversee the successful implementation of Cruising Power 2.0 and manage content across all EMEA Trade Platforms.

This role involves both strategic execution and comprehensive content management to ensure platforms effectively support market needs.

The Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior management and regional stakeholders, to define and execute the roadmap for Cruising Power 2.0, while also overseeing the management, updates, and enhancements to multiple EMEA Trade Platform content, ensuring that all resources are current, accessible, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Global Cruising Power teams to understand customer expectations, requirements, and business values for platform features.
  • Evaluate best practice and most cost-effective translation process once in bau at market level.
  • Develop a roadmap (at market level), objectives, and milestones with involvement from all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) and alignment with the product technology roadmap.
  • Create and maintain timing plan to support launch of CP tool in each EMEA Market.
  • Work with Trade Marketing teams to produce in-market launch collateral and communications plans.
  • Evaluate and action training requirements for all EMEA Markets.
  • Work with Trade Marketing teams to create monthly content calendar for content management of platforms and align across EMEA.
  • Lead implementation of all Cruising Power Content at market level once in bau as supplied by trade marketing teams, including all copy, banners, and other trade collateral items.
  • Copywriting responsibilities across trade communications and other trade toolkits including translations.
  • Develops a content library for training material and ensures information is updated regularly.
  • Ownership of all content updates on the EMEA online portal, including loading of new assets and imagery, campaigns collateral, and training modules.
  • Development of new landing pages for ship or product launch.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Trade Platform usage and content effectiveness, and implement necessary improvements based on data analysis.

Qualifications and Education:

Proven success in a Trade Market/Support role (minimum 2 years)

Knowledge of Platform and design, wireframe, development, and maintenance

Knowledge and experience of digital tools

Highly organized and capable of juggling many tasks at once whilst working to deadlines

Creative outlook with experience in proof reading and high attention to detail

Capable of working in a fast-paced department

Good at identifying problems and finding solutions

Digital Content Creation and copy writing

Ability to understand reporting, mine, and action that data accordingly to relevant audiences

Knowledge of Adobe CMS would be considered a plus

Marketing or Business Degree

Experience of working in a multi-channel matrix organization

Highly motivated cross-functional and visionary specialist

Highly motivated with a 'can do' and think out of the box attitude

Ability to work on own but also within a team

Strong relationship builder

Environment:

The environment includes work inside/outside the office, travel to other offices, as well as domestic, international, and shipboard travel. Ability to travel an estimated 20% of the time.
