The Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director of Nursing & Midwifery. About the Role
As Executive Assistant, you will:
- Deliver high-quality and confidential executive administrative support
- Manage correspondence, meetings, diary appointments, and committees
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, representing LCLHN with professionalism and courtesy
- Participate in continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes
- Support project work and secretariat functions
- Maintain integrity and security of official and sensitive information
- Uphold SA Health values and help drive positive health outcomes for our community
What We're Looking For
- Friendly and personable approach with outstanding communication skills
- Proven experience in executive-level secretariat support, including accurate minute-taking and agenda preparation
- Strong organisational ability – able to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure and minimal supervision
- Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and commitment to excellence
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based programs
- Knowledge of quality improvement, confidentiality, and Work Health and Safety principles
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment.
Desirable: Vocational qualifications in office administration or similar studies are highly regarded.
