Our Services
Sunnyfield operates Employment Services that specialize in clean room packaging of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, as well as warehouse and logistics solutions for commercial customers. We offer supported employment to around 60 employees with disability, providing meaningful and fulfilling opportunities within a commercial business environment.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Partner to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for generating new commercial revenue for our packaging business through existing and prospective customers with clean room packaging requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and grow our customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and business opportunities to expand our services.
- Assist in the development of annual sales budgets by customer and operation.
- Develop competitive and profitable sales quotations to meet customer needs.
- Identify and develop high-growth customers to drive business expansion.
- Target customers with requirements for cleanroom packaging projects, particularly in the TGA, HACCP, complementary medicine, and health food supplement sectors.
- Contribute to the strategy, direction, and growth of our Employment business unit.

- Experience in business development with a proven successful track record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in working within the pharmaceutical, wellness, or FMCG industries is desirable.
