Procurement Systems Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Systems Business Partner to join our team at Beach Energy. As a key member of our Supply Chain and Logistics team, you will play a critical role in driving the optimisation of our procurement processes through effective system management and improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for technology and a deep understanding of how procurement systems work. A strong understanding of Coupa and/or Ariba and integrated systems, including SAP MM, is highly regarded. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and optimised use of the system for source to contract, procure to pay, risk and data analytics.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Driving and owning the procurement system strategy across Beach.
- Leading the support and maintenance services for Coupa, Ariba, SAP MM and its relevant interfaces.
- Working in collaboration with third parties to provide any additional support and maintenance services required for Coupa, Ariba or integrated systems.
- Developing and maintaining configuration, customisation and workaround documentation for Beach's procurement system.
- Identifying and delivering continuous improvement initiatives for procurement systems through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking.
- Bringing innovative solutions to current PR/PO process, driving AI and Automation into Beach's procurement system.
