About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically minded commercial lawyer to provide expert guidance and support to our business operations across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of commercial matters and complex projects.
  • Draft and negotiate diverse commercial agreements for real estate services.
  • Advise management on legal matters and risk mitigation, aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Support business growth, including navigating new and evolving regulations.
  • Collaborate to improve legal processes for enhanced risk management.
  • Monitor legal developments and proactively manage associated risks.
About You:

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced legal professional who can bring a strong commercial mindset and excellent advisory, communication, and leadership capabilities.

You will have a Bachelor of Laws degree with demonstrable experience, a current practicing certificate, and at least 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in a full-service law firm or in-house role.
