The Role: We are looking for a talented Legal Advisor to join our team. Working with us, you will provide expert legal advice and support clients across multiple industries and specialisations. You will work closely with various businesses to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, mitigate risks, and contribute to the overall success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on a broad range of commercial matters, including corporate, commercial, intellectual property, marketing compliance, technology, and data privacy.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist the client in achieving their strategic and commercial objectives.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.

About You:

  • A qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
  • You have previous experience working with a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
