About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the uniform program. The role involves coordinating vendor engagement and monitoring stock levels. It also requires support of the parent uniform subsidy program and handling financial reconciliation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the uniform program's day-to-day operations, including vendor coordination and stock monitoring.
  • Support the parent uniform subsidy program and handle financial reconciliation and reporting.
  • Coordinate website change requests with vendors and monitor website performance.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Vendor management experience, including stock tracking.
  • Financial acumen, including account reconciliation and subsidy management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Problem-solving ability, with strong resolution of parent queries and operational issues.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, online ordering platforms, and inventory management systems.
  • Websites and systems management, including e-commerce or ordering platforms and website performance monitoring.
