Armadillo is seeking a highly skilled Global Digital Sales Director to oversee the company's global online sales and digital presence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for clients, both B2B and B2C.

About the Opportunity

This role involves managing external technology and digital partners responsible for the technical aspects of the e-commerce platform, coordinating with operations and customer support teams, and driving continuous improvement through strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Platform Administration: Collaborate with the global marketing team on digital campaigns, promotions, and sales to achieve measurable growth and online sales targets.
  • e-Commerce Strategies: Develop and implement annual and long-term e-commerce strategies to drive global growth and align with company strategic objectives.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to optimise efficiency.
  • Digital Customer Experience: Identify and drive opportunities to enhance the digital customer experience, including improving customer service, enabling self-service, and uncovering additional revenue opportunities.

We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including a generous bonus structure and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of executing e-commerce and online strategies and achieving measurable results.
  • Project Management: Strong project management and road-mapping capabilities.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership qualities and the ability to apply your experience, knowledge, learnings, and enthusiasm to our growth objectives.
  • Digital Native Perspective: A digital native perspective and up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital trends and technologies.
