The Role

As the Senior Paid Media Manager, you'll lead our digital marketing efforts, focusing on SEM and supporting paid social campaigns. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage SEM campaigns, especially for launches in the UK and US.
  • Contribute to strategies on platforms like Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance to enhance reach and impact.
  • Create campaigns that align with our values of well-being and community enrichment.
  • Work with internal teams and report on key metrics to keep leadership informed.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience managing SEM campaigns
  • Experience with social ads
  • Proven success in launching and scaling campaigns in international markets
  • Strong background in data analysis and campaign optimization
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, or marketplaces is a plus
  • Commitment to purpose-driven work

  • Passion for digital marketing, especially SEM
  • Agility in adapting to new tools and platforms
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio and GA4
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
