Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies across multiple channels.
  • Manage a team of paid media specialists to ensure delivery of high-quality campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid media with other marketing channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure tailored strategies and consistent performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of experience in SEM and Paid Media, preferably in a Director role or as a senior team lead.
  • Agency experience is essential and required.
  • Strong understanding of systems and processes needed for departmental success.
  • Passion for data, analytics, and reporting with the ability to assess complex data and interpret raw data.
  • Proficiency in digital and analytics tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, Shopping, Performance Max, etc.).
  • Experience with various eCommerce CMS platforms (Magento, Shopify, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with superior time management skills.
  • Proven experience in mentoring and leading a team.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and escalations.
  • Experience managing a long list of 25+ premium clients.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in social media strategy, ads implementation, and management.
