Senior Portfolio Manager

Job Description:
A senior portfolio manager is required to lead and manage a team of professionals in delivering integrated facilities services across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract or operations management, with experience in managing diverse portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of supervisors, trades, and support staff in the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works.
- To manage and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
- To develop and implement effective strategies for the delivery of integrated facilities services.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will hold a degree in facilities management, business management, or engineering, with at least 8 years of experience in contract or operations management. They must have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
