Job Title: Senior Portfolio Manager
Job DescriptionLead a multi-site project portfolio, overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects. Report to the state leadership team and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the delivery of large-scale portfolios, managing programmes, costs, and outcomes.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction across multiple projects.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with clients.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to strengthen organisational capability.
You are a proven leader with local experience managing large-scale, complex portfolios. Your background spans diverse sectors, including commercial, residential, institutional, and government projects.
