Site Manager Hazardous Waste Operations

We are seeking an exceptional Site Manager to lead two critical operational sites based in Kwinana and Henderson. As a high-growth, ASX-listed organisation with over 7500 employees, our goal is to be recognised by our customers as the most innovative and sustainable waste management company.

This is an excellent opportunity to drive business performance, develop high-performing teams, and oversee operational and financial management of both sites. You will have autonomy and passion to make a positive impact.

About the Role:
  • Drive a culture of compliance and safety through initiatives and programs
  • Ensure that appropriate performance reviews, talent management and succession plans are in place to maximise engagement and retention of employees
  • Partner with Commercial Finance teams to drive data integrity and process improvements for market growth
  • Oversee operational and financial performance of both sites, including profit and loss reporting, budgeting and forecasting
Requirements:
  • A chemistry or chemical engineering qualification or equivalent experience within a chemical/industrial environment
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams in fast-paced settings
  • Strong operational management experience in hazardous and liquid waste collection and processing
  • Solid understanding of financial management in branch operations, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to ensure profitability
