Senior Health Safety Advisor Role

This position plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with corporate health, safety, and environmental management processes.

The successful candidate will assist the National HSE Manager in driving world-class outcomes across various projects, warehouses, and offices.

  • Providing direct support to senior managers and implementing strategic initiatives to improve overall HSE performance.
  • Offering project HSE support for greenfield and brownfield projects, requiring some short-term/ad-hoc travel.

To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, oil, and gas sectors.

Key qualifications include:

  • Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and training in HSE practices

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management and prioritization skills, high-level engagement, and business partnering abilities are also required.
