Job Title: Aquatic Educator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Aquatic Educator to join our team at the Burpengary Regional Aquatic & Leisure Centre. As an Aquatic Educator, you will be responsible for teaching effective swimming and water safety techniques to students of all ages and abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and a commitment to providing a safe and supportive learning environment. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Energetic and innovative teaching style
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate
  • Blue card
  • AustSwim Certificate - Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
  • AUSTSWIM extension certificate (Desirable)
