Aquatic Educator

We are seeking a skilled Aquatic Educator to deliver our innovative swim programs to babies and toddlers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young children and committed to ongoing professional development. Our industry-leading training program will guide you through the knowledge required to become a skilled teacher.

You will work closely with our experienced teaching team to ensure the highest level of child safety and protection. You will also have opportunities to participate in community contributions and seasonal work, including supporting local school swimming programs and Kindy & Daycare visits as part of our Water Warriors program.

To be successful in this role, you will require no prior experience, as our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills and qualifications. You will need to hold a CPR qualification and Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

We offer permanent part-time employment with guaranteed minimum hours and consistent shifts at 4% above award wages. Job security is guaranteed, with year-round classes seven days a week in 32 degree water. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and craft alongside nominated Swim Teacher of the Year instructors.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:
  • No prior experience necessary.
