Warehouse Supervisor Role

The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehousing activity within the facility. They provide operational leadership to deliver results with a high-performance team.

  • Effective stakeholder engagement and people management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process innovation.
  • Implement cost control measures and meet customer objectives.
  • Proactive relationship management with customers; investigate and resolve issues.
  • Formulate and monitor KPIs to maintain optimal warehouse performance.
  • Present weekly performance results to senior leadership.
  • Deliver productive outcomes through efficient resource utilization while meeting service expectations.
  • Lead, motivate, assist and performance-manage operational teams to foster collaboration and efficiency.
  • Promote safety-first standards and ensure commitment to Safety, COR and Quality requirements.
Requirements

You are a manager who can demonstrate effective decision making and people leadership in a fast-paced environment. You will rely on commercial, operational and customer service capability to ensure operational efficiency and contractual obligations are achieved.

  • Extensive experience providing large-scale warehousing solutions.
  • Financial and commercial acumen with strong analytics.
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining high-performance teams and culture.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders with detailed analysis, budgeting, resource allocation and capital plans to ensure operational efficiency.
  • High-level negotiation and communication skills with staff and third parties including unions.
