What does the job look like?

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehousing activity within the facility in Rosehill. Through effective people management and stakeholder engagement, you will provide operational leadership to deliver impact with the high-performance team. This role drives continuous improvement initiatives, process innovation and equipment utilization to meet operational and financial metrics and uphold commitments to our customer. Key areas:

• Build strong, proactive relationships with a customer-centric mindset.
• Implement initiatives to control costs, maximise profit, and meet customer objectives.
• Proactive relationship management with customers; investigate and resolve issues.
• Formulation and monitoring of KPIs to maintain optimal warehouse performance.
• Ability to analyse and present weekly performance results to senior leadership.
• Deliver productive outcomes through effective utilization of warehouse resources while meeting/exceeding service expectations.
• Lead, motivate, assist and performance-manage operational teams to foster collaboration and efficiency.
• Promote safety-first standards and ensure commitment to Safety, COR and Quality requirements.

Are you the one?

You are a manager who can demonstrate effective decision making and people leadership within a fast-paced warehousing environment. You will rely on commercial, operational and customer service capability to ensure operational efficiency and contractual obligations are achieved. You can demonstrate:

• Extensive experience providing large-scale warehousing solutions.
• Financial and commercial acumen with strong analytics.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining high-performance teams and culture.
• Ability to influence a variety of stakeholders with detailed analysis, budgeting, resource allocation and capital plans to ensure operational efficiency.
• High-level negotiation and communication skills with staff and third parties including unions.
