About the ServiceNow Technical Lead

Our organization is looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow technical lead to oversee the administration of our ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: Configure, manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including plug-ins and integrations.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, and processes to ensure seamless knowledge transfer among team members.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with technology partners to improve core platform capabilities and implement next phases of the ServiceNow roadmap.
  • Quality Assurance and Metrics: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the ServiceNow platform, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management with ITIL certification preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow administration, including certifications such as System Administrator or Application Developer.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools, ITIL processes, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
