Technical Advisory Role for Customer Success

This is a technical advisory role responsible for guiding customers establish a technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that improve outcomes.

The position involves working with customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during the selling, structuring, and implementation of solutions.

  • Work closely with customers to understand their digital transformation vision and translate goals into customer roadmaps.
  • Translate business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints to achieve complex goals.
  • Engage with customers' Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, integrated with core applications.

Maintain instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning to ServiceNow leading practices. Support sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful customer solutions.
  2. Develop relationships with technical and business leaders at customer sites to ensure ServiceNow's role in their digital transformation.
  3. Be an active contributor of leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform.

Candidates should have experience in leveraging AI, strong analytical skills, and ability to travel up to 80%. A ServiceNow certification is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years progressive experience in professional services; or equivalent education/experience.
  • Management consulting experience.
  • Ability to lead complex issues through analysis and resolution.
  • Relay complex information to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
