This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your technical expertise in ServiceNow and lead customer engagements across various technical or functional areas. As a Lead ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of successful ServiceNow project delivery experience, with at least 2 years of leading customer engagements. Additionally, they should have 6 months of experience in people leadership and be able to articulate the value of their personal ServiceNow project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage your technical expertise in ServiceNow to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs
- Lead customer workshops and ensure that detailed requirements are captured and documented
- Present solution designs and articulate requirements to various stakeholders, including business stakeholders, security teams, and analysts
- Provide platform insight and forward thinking on ServiceNow upgrades, new releases, and future roadmap
- 7+ years successful ServiceNow project delivery experience
- 2+ years leading customer engagements
- 6 months experience with people leadership
- Demonstrated articulation of value of personal ServiceNow project delivery

- IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science
- ServiceNow Sales & Messaging Foundation Accreditation
