**Our Opportunity**:
The ServiceNow Technical Lead is a pivotal role dedicated to steering the strategic and technical advancement of the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic offshore development team of 2 (and scalable as needed), driving innovative solutions that enhance our business operations and deliver exceptional value to our stakeholders.

You will be the visionary and architect of the ServiceNow roadmap, expertly navigating the current state while envisioning and realising a transformative future state. You will be instrumental in managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are not only met but exceeded. Your deep understanding and extensive experience with ServiceNow will empower you to harness cutting-edge technologies, creating robust and scalable solutions that provide Australian Unity the right solution the first time that allows to future growth.

You will be accountable for defining and communicating the strategic direction of the platform, aligning it with our business goals, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. You will be the driving force behind technical excellence, ensuring that our ServiceNow implementations are optimised for performance, scalability, and security.

Further responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Technology leadership of the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure the 'configure first' approach is always taken for requirements before considering develop solutions - also looking retrospectively to identify fixes to bring the platform to a best-in-class state.
- Work closely with the Architecture team to design technology solutions that meet the needs of the enterprise (and business platforms).
- Ensure reuse and alignment of capability and technology assets with the remainder of the business and wider organisation.
- Lead and manage the ServiceNow team, including team scaling and performance management.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation & ensure they understand the scope & value of ServiceNow so that they see us as a vital enabler of their business strategy.

**About You**:
To be successful in the role you will have the following:

- A proven track record of leading teams and managing the delivery of outcomes including experience in team-based capacity and demand management across competing stakeholders and assets.
- Deep experience building automation, Service Catalogues and Workflows using ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, HRSD COE's and Integration
- Working knowledge and awareness of Discovery and Service Mapping in ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow System Administrator certified
- Experience in delivering ServiceNow technologies into organisation including transition to BAU, delivering sustainable solutions using Agile delivery methods, and success metric reporting.
- Experience working closely with business leaders to identify opportunities for technology uplifting, process improvement and automation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong skills in time and resource management.
