Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team in providing integrated drill and blast services across various sectors. Our company offers comprehensive capabilities, encompassing survey and blast design, markout, drilling, bulk explosives supply, and firing of blasts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform physically demanding work while adhering to stringent safety protocols.
  • Establish exclusion zones with appropriate signage to ensure site safety.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors on blast sites.
  • Maintain site and equipment cleanliness.
  • Cultivate a positive and proactive approach to Impact's safety culture and standards.
  • Carry out duties as required by supervisors or managers.

Key Requirements:

  • Australian Open Class manual driver's license.
  • Proficiency in using computers and operating systems.
  • Excellent physical agility for extended periods of walking, carrying, and bending.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to pass a national police check.
  • Successful completion of a medical and Drug & Alcohol assessment.
  • Desirable experience in the quarry or mining industry.
