As a marine crewing officer, you will be responsible for coordinating the deployment and demobilization of crews across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the mobilization and demobilization of marine crews.
  • Keep records current for crew qualifications, medicals, onboarding, and compliance documentation.
  • Work closely with clients to confirm rosters and staffing needs for each operation.
  • Source, select, and onboard skilled personnel to meet operational requirements.
  • Arrange staff travel, medical examinations, and training as required.
  • Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, including AMSA, MLC, STCW, and EBA standards.
  • Support the induction process and ensure proper onboarding for all new crew members.
  • Maintain and update internal crewing systems for certification and roster management.
Requirements

We are seeking an individual with a background in marine crewing or logistics coordination. A strong understanding of maritime certifications and compliance is essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Additional desirable skills include experience with EBAs, AMSA requirements, and maritime-specific systems.

A background in HR, Business Administration, Maritime Operations, or equivalent experience is beneficial.
