About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Procurement professional to join our dynamic team as a Procurement Transformation Specialist.

Job Description:

This role is a key part of our procurement transformation journey, focusing on improving processes, skills, and systems within the Procurement function. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop proposals for process improvements, and implement new technologies to support these changes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end procurement, with experience in planning and running workshops, collecting and synthesizing outputs, creating process designs and functional requirements, and training documents. They will also possess excellent analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work within project timelines and scope.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for process improvements
  • Develop proposals for process improvements, including detailed requirements for technology solutions
  • Create detailed process maps and documentation to illustrate new processes
  • Work with related functions to design and implement technology solutions that support process improvements
  • Assist in the implementation of these improvements, ensuring changes are integrated smoothly to existing workflows
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in end-to-end procurement (Source to Contract, Procure to Pay) process and technologies
  • Experience in planning and running workshops, collecting and synthesizing outputs, creating process designs and functional requirements, and training documents
  • Ability to work within project timelines and scope
  • Strong analytical capability withing a Procurement environment, the ability to resolve problems and work with ambiguity, manage competing demands and meet deadlines
About You
