Job Title: Asset Support Centre Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our Asset Support Centre. The successful candidate will have a strong background in rail, excellent communication skills and be able to lead a team to provide high levels of triage for fault finding with train crew, terminal operators and maintenance teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the Asset Support Centre.
  2. Lead a team to provide technical support and solutions to customers.
  3. Liaise with Maintenance Execution Managers to ensure compliance with established plans.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as exceptional customer service orientation and patience for dealing with difficult situations.
