Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-performing digital marketing campaigns to acquire customers and generate quality leads.

This is a fixed-term position with potential for renewal based upon campaign delivery and success.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement performance marketing strategies across Meta (Facebook), Google, and TikTok platforms to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (CAC, CPL) and continuously optimise campaigns to maximise ROI.
  • Leverage ad creative performance engines to optimise ads and creatives for high engagement and conversions.
  • Utilise knowledge of GEO and SEO to improve audience targeting and enhance organic visibility.
  • Collaborate with the brand and creative team to build and test effective landing pages that improve conversion rates.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in running successful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) and creative ad engines.
  • Solid understanding of CAC, CPL, and how to optimise for both.
  • Familiarity with landing page development and A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
  • Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
