The Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Relations Officer to provide exceptional service to our members. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely resolution of member account queries and case management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve member queries.
  • Update CRM records and enter manual updates into Epicor as required.
  • Meet call centre statistics targets and provide trade account payment support.

Requirements

  • Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office Software Suite.
  • Exposure to basic accounting principles (desirable).
  • Problem-solving skills and 2 years' experience in a customer service-oriented role.
