As an Employee Relations Lead at Programmed, you will oversee the daily operations of the Employee Relations team, ensuring the smooth execution of ER Advisors and HR support staff. Your expertise will be sought after for complex IR matters, including Enterprise Bargaining and interpretation of industrial instruments.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience in IR/ER, particularly in complex employee relations issues and team leadership.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with Enterprise Bargaining processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS applications.
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license, recent National Police Clearance, and up-to-date vaccinations (or approved exemptions).
