Transform Lives as a Speech Therapist with Plena Healthcare you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults living with dementia, Parkinson's, post-stroke challenges, neurological conditions, and ageing-related decline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive assessments and interventions for swallowing and communication issues
  • Provide services in-person and via telehealth, catering to diverse client needs
  • Travel locally and nationally to regional clients, promoting a culture of mobility and flexibility
  • Collaborate closely with a national team of speech therapists, fostering a sense of community and support
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary professionals, including support coordinators, carers, and other allied health specialists
  • Educate and empower clients, families, and care staff through person-centred care and evidence-based practices
Requirements:
  • Recognised qualification in Speech Pathology or a related field
  • Membership with a relevant professional association, demonstrating commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • Current driver's licence and access to reliable transport, ensuring timely service delivery
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and a collaborative mindset
