Senior Sales Operations Manager

Sanders Fodder is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Operations Manager to join their dynamic retail team.

This full-time, permanent position requires strong leadership skills to drive sales growth, exceed targets, and deliver outstanding results.

  • Manage branch operations, sales performance, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, including key campaigns and activities
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and industry partners
  • Lead dynamic sales teams and upskill/coach employees

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience leading sales teams and a strong understanding of the equine, pet, and/or rural industry
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret P&L reports
  • Great communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Demonstrated experience as a people leader
