Support Specialist

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to own issues from notification to resolution, including managing escalations.

  • Cover application support for our FMS platform in both functional and technical areas, including Level 1 and Level 2 end user support management.
  • Provide user training and demonstrations.
  • Manage master data, user/security management, and system configuration.
  • Implement new sites and test system enhancements.

This role has a strong focus on continuous improvement around process and system use, achieved through proactive collaboration across teams and vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business or IT-related discipline.
  • At least 5 years' experience in IT, with at least 3 years using and supporting a CMMS (e.g., IBM Tririga, Maximo, SAP).
  • Proficiency in relevant software development tools and processes (e.g., Jira, SDLC, CI).
  • Familiarity with IT service delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and broad technical and functional knowledge of enterprise IT systems and processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, time management, and organisational skills.
  • A commercial appreciation for applications and their role in business solution delivery.
