Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Guest Services team and support general operational tasks
  • Be an expert on the hotel and surrounding community to exceed guest expectations
  • Assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences
  • Handle general enquiries and create meaningful guest experiences
  • Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for guests
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests
  • Oversee service standards and identify improvement initiatives
  • Be a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team

About You:

  • Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
  • Relevant experience in a supervisory role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career
  • Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment
