At Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our national team of Personal Injury experts in Geelong VIC. This is an ongoing full-time opportunity with flexible working arrangements available.

About the Role

We are currently looking for a professional who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims. The successful candidate will apply a recovery and return to work focus to achieve outcomes while maintaining customer service standards and meeting compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategise and implement appropriate and achievable recovery and return to work goals for each claimant
  • Maintain high customer service standards by building effective relationships with key stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, and medical professionals
  • Determine strategies to progress claims towards appropriate goals
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need strong written and verbal communication skills, a superior customer service focus, and the ability to read and interpret information, including legislation. Additionally, you should possess effective relationship building and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritise workload to ensure required outcomes are achieved.
