Exceptional Claims Professional Opportunity
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Claims Portfolio Manager to join our Workers Compensation team in Geelong, VIC.
About the Role:
- Manage a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims with a focus on recovery and return to work outcomes.
- Strategize and implement effective claim management plans to achieve successful resolutions.
- Maintain high customer service standards and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, and medical professionals.
- Determine strategies to progress claims toward achievable goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of workers compensation legislation and regulations.
- Analyze claim data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim handling processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with claimants and stakeholders.
About You:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proven experience in claim management or a related field.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
