About the Role
As a seasoned commercial professional, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships.
Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will work closely with the Customer Director to deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving commercial results through data-driven insights
- Strengthening relationships with customer teams
- Developing and executing annual customer business plans
- Managing trade spend and promotions
- Negotiating agreements and implementing private label tenders
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 5 years' experience in commercial management, preferably with grocery account experience
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong leadership, analytical, organisational/time management, conflict resolution, presentation, and negotiation skills
