The Role: Strategic and Hands-On Leadership

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading tender management and negotiations with key suppliers">
  • Owning supplier agreements to ensure alignment with operational and financial goals">
  • Driving commercial optimisation through margin analysis and continuous improvement">
  • Overseeing property negotiations, ROI analysis, and development initiatives">
  • Shaping business planning through budget modelling and monthly trading updates">
  • Delivering insightful P&L reviews and net revenue models to guide executive decision-making">
  • Championing process improvements across logistics and operations">
  • Leading business improvement initiatives">
  • Modelling and managing residual risk across strategic partnerships">
  • Evaluating and launching new program initiatives that align with business objectives">
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to bring commercial rigour to new ventures and strategic projects">

Requirements

8+ years' experience in a senior commercial or operational leadership role">Strong financial acumen with proven ability to model, interpret, and present complex data">Highly analytical, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making">Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills">A passion for continuous improvement and innovation">Background in automotive, mobility, logistics, or manufacturing sectors (preferred)">">
