Role Overview

This tyre fitting position offers a great opportunity to work in a team environment, delivering high-quality solutions and results.

The role involves working collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure the efficient operation of heavy earthmoving mining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remove and fit rims and wheel assemblies on heavy earthmoving mining equipment as required.
  • Perform regular tyre inflation pressure checks, adjust and report to supervisor.
  • Source technical information from available reference manuals, technical bulletins, and computer-based systems.
About You/Qualifications:
  • Experience working as a tyre fitter in open cut mining is essential.
  • Hold current AUR21920 Cert II in Automotive Tyre Servicing or AURKTJ011 & AURKTJ012.
  • Current drivers licence (HR drivers licence desirable).
