At All Coast Tyre Solutions, we're more than just a tyre shop – we're your complete tyre and wheel service specialists. With locations across the Sunshine Coast, including Yandina, Gympie, Maroochydore, and Nambour, we provide everything from tyre sales and fitting to puncture repairs, wheel alignments, rotations, balancing, and on-site mobile tyre services. We work with passenger, 4WD, truck, agricultural, and earthmoving tyres, keeping our customers safely on the road (or off it) with top-quality products and exceptional service.

The Role

We\'re looking for a Tyre Sales & Customer Service person to join our friendly Yandina team. This role is all about helping our customers choose the right tyres and services for their needs, while ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful, and efficient. You\'ll be the first point of contact for customers – both in-store and over the phone – and play a key role in supporting our workshop team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Recommend tyre and wheel products based on customer needs, vehicle type, and budget.
  • Provide accurate quotes and process sales orders.
  • Schedule and coordinate workshop jobs, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Assist with stock checks, ordering, and showroom presentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers and organise deliveries.
  • Support the team with general administration and reception duties.
About You
  • Experience in a customer service or sales role (automotive or tyre industry experience highly regarded, but not essential).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A friendly, approachable manner with a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work well in a busy team environment.
  • Interest in automotive products and services (training provided).
  • Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia required
