This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Crew Member Driver, contributing to the efficient delivery of Council's Spray Sealing Program.

As a key member of the Spray Sealing Crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of road sealing works on the Coast.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Work collaboratively with the Spray Sealing Crew to deliver high-quality road sealing services efficiently and effectively.">
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of the Road Treatment Program and Council's Capital Works Program.">
  • Seal works for other sections of Council and external contractors when required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.">
  • Operate a range of heavy machinery, including spreader trucks, front-end loaders, street sweepers, and multi-tyred rollers, maintaining high safety standards at all times.">
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of work completed, ensuring timely reporting and submission of data as required.">
">Essential Qualifications and Skills">
  • ">
  • Current HR Drivers Licence and relevant experience operating heavy machinery.">
  • Valid Construction General Induction Card, Safework NSW or equivalent.">
  • Safe Work Near Overhead Power Lines Certificate.">
  • Demonstrated experience in road safety signage and procedures relevant to construction work.">
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
