As a Technical Support Officer, you will play a critical role in providing technical and sales services to our customers and clients, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, and collaborating with our sales team to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical Support: Respond to technical calls and provide product support to customers and clients.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product changes and engage in product training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work with our sales team to meet customer needs and provide technical and sales services to customers and clients.
  • Report Customer Complaints: Report customer complaints promptly to minimize dissatisfaction and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that we are the first choice for regional customers and work with other departments to achieve branch efficiency.
  • Prepare Sales Invoices: Prepare customer quotations and complete sales invoicing.
Requirements
  • Technical Experience: Minimum 3 years of technical experience and in-depth knowledge of the building and construction sector.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in internal sales within the construction products or supply industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and drive product improvements.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM databases.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
