Contract Administrator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key position in our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Letting and Vetting Subcontractors: Responsible for identifying and selecting suitable subcontractors, writing scopes of work, and awarding contracts.
  • Financial Management: Involved in financial forecasting, cost tracking, and managing subcontractor variation and progress claims.
  • Project Support: Assist the Project Manager with client management, ensuring smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience working in a Contract Administration role for a commercial builder.
  • Familiarity with Melbourne/Australia's construction industry is essential.
  • Prior experience with financial management systems would be advantageous.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • A relevant tertiary degree in Construction or a related field would be highly regarded.
